Delivery Policy
  • We are open on all 365 days through out the year.
  • To check on locations where we deliver Same Day.
  • To check on locations where we deliver in 1-3 days.
  • To check on locations where we do express delivery.

    Express Delivery is normally made in 4 hours after receipt of order between 10am to 6 Pm in local city limits.
  • Flowers, Cakes and Fresh Fruits are always hand delivered along with a free card for your message. Other items like Chocolates, Sweets, Dry Fruits and more are either hand delivered or couriered depending on the availability in local market & time we have for delivery.
  • Normal Delivery time is 9 am to 6 Pm. We do guarantee on date delivery But not on dot delivery though in 95% of orders we do try to maintain the delivery time requested by the customer. Please mention time in "Other Instruction" box in the order form.
  • Fresh Baked Cakes are available for delivery only after 10.30 am.
  • We can deliver all other gifts except flowers & cakes within 2-3 days time to List.
  • In case of non - availability of any item at any given location or at times just to maintain the quality of product we may courier the gift same day from our head office for delivery as soon as possible. In such cases it may not be possible to take permission from the sender due to the time gap between countries & urgency of matter.
  • We can also deliver to places which are not mentioned in the city list. So please call us or send us a mail for the confirmation at sppradhan2017@gmail.com.
  • We can deliver different gifts / customized gifts which are not there in our website any time, anywhere you want. Kindly check with us at sppradhan2017@gmail.com.
